What should I do if WPS says my cloud storage is full?

  1. Open WPS Cloud Documents and remove files you no longer need.

What should I do if the document is too large to save to the cloud?

  1. Confirm whether the current file must be uploaded to the cloud.

  4. After saving, reorganize or split the file if needed.

How do I check whether my document upload is complete?

  1. Check the cloud icon at the upper-right corner of the document window.
  2. If it shows , the file is uploading.
  3. If it shows a green , the upload is complete.
  4. After the upload finishes, you can view the file on another signed-in device or on the web.
