1. View document information

Entry: Cloud document list → right-click menu → File Information

  1. In the cloud document list, find the target file.
  2. Right-click the file.
  3. Select File Information.
  4. Review the document details in the File Information panel on the right.

Tips While Using

  • The target file needs to be stored in the WPS cloud document list.

2. Review file information details

Entry: File Information panel

  1. Open the File Information panel for the target file.
  2. Check the file name.
  3. View or add document tags.
  4. Review sharing settings.
  5. Review version history.
  6. In More Information, check the file owner, last modified time, creation time, file size, and file type.
