How-to Guide
1. View Shared Files
Entry: WPS home page left navigation pane → Share
- Open WPS Office.
- Click Share in the left navigation pane.
- Review and manage the following sections on the page:
- Shared Folders: shared folders that your account created or joined.
- Received by Me: shared files received by your account.
- Sent by Me: shared files sent from your account.
- Click New Shared Folder in the upper-right area to create a blank shared folder quickly.
- Click the Share button next to a file to adjust permissions, add or remove collaborators, or leave the share.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: you can see Shared Folders, Received by Me, and Sent by Me on the Share page.
- Next action available: you can create a shared folder or continue share management for a selected file.
Tips While Using
- Sign in to your account before checking account-related shared content.
- Keep your network connection available when viewing or managing shared content.
- After you leave a share, you can no longer access that shared file from your account.
2. Adjust Share List Settings
Entry: top area of the Share page
- Open the Share page.
- Use All Types at the top of the list to filter shared files by type.
- Use Size to sort shared files by file size.
- Use Recent Modified to sort shared files by recency.
- Click Settings to adjust sorting, view options, and custom list settings for the share list.
- Click File Information to review details for the selected file.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the share list is filtered or sorted based on the selected condition.
- Next action available: you can continue checking file information or switch to another list setting.
Tips While Using
- Confirm that you are in the correct share category before filtering or sorting.
- File Information usually requires you to select a target file first.
