1. Add a sync folder
Entry: WPS Cloud → Sync tab → Add Sync Folder
- Open WPS Cloud and click the Sync tab in the left navigation pane.
- Click Add Sync Folder in the upper-right corner.
- In the Sync Folder dialog, click Select..., choose a local folder, and click Select Folder.
- Review the scan result, confirm the file count and pending sync count, and click Next.
- Choose either Store in both cloud and local or Store in cloud only.
- Click Next, read the sync rules, and select all three rules.
- Click Enable to finish the setup.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A completion message shows that local and cloud changes will sync in both directions.
- Next action available: The new folder appears in the sync folder list.

- Common mistake: If all sync rules are not selected, the setup cannot be completed.

2. View the sync folder list
Entry: WPS Cloud → Sync tab

- If a folder is not enabled yet, click Settings to continue the setup.

3. View sync details

- Click View Details in the status column.
- In the details window, review the sync status and latest update time.
- Check the file list for file names, dates, statuses, and available actions.
- If you find a filename conflict or another abnormal status, note the affected file and return to the list for further handling.

4. Manage sync folders
Entry: Sync folder list → target folder → More button
- Find the target folder in the sync folder list.
- Click the More button on the right side.
- Choose Re-sync, Open Local Folder, Change Sync Path, Invite Others to Sync, or Stop Syncing to Local as needed.
- Complete the selected action by following the on-screen prompts.
- Return to the sync list and confirm that the status has updated.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: After the selected action is completed, the list status or local folder behavior changes accordingly.
- Next action available: You can continue viewing details, re-syncing, or adjusting other folder settings.
