1. Turn On Desktop Cloud Sync
Entry: WPS Cloud page → Settings icon → Cloud Feature Settings → Sync Folders → Desktop Cloud Sync → Settings
- Open WPS Cloud.
- Click the Settings icon in the lower-left corner.
- In the left panel, confirm that you are on the Cloud Feature Settings page.
- In the Sync Folders area, find Desktop Cloud Sync and click Settings on the right.
- In the pop-up settings window, turn on Desktop Cloud Sync.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Desktop Cloud Sync is shown as enabled.
- Next action available: You can return to the sync area to check the current status.
Tips While Using
- Desktop Cloud Sync is a two-way sync feature. If a synced file is deleted in the cloud, the local Desktop file is also deleted.
- For the first setup, keep the network connection stable.
2. Check Sync Status
Entry: WPS Cloud page → Sync → Desktop Cloud Sync status
- Open WPS Cloud.
- In the left navigation pane, click Sync.
- Check the status shown for Desktop Cloud Sync.
- If the status shows Enabled, the sync feature is running. If it shows Not Enabled, the feature has not been turned on yet.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can see the current Desktop Cloud Sync status.
- Next action available: You can decide whether to return to settings to enable or adjust it.

- If the status does not update, first confirm your network connection and sign-in status.
