FAQ

Why can’t I see the file information Sidebar?

  1. Confirm that you are on the WPS Office home page.
  2. Select a specific file in the home page file list.
  3. Check whether the information panel appears on the right side.
  4. If it still does not appear, switch to another file and check again.

What information does Sidebar show?

  1. Select a file and look at the right-side panel.
  2. Check whether tags, sharing settings, and version history are shown.
  3. In the More Information area, review details such as owner, last modified time, creation time, size, and file type.

Why does the Sidebar content change after I select another file?

  1. Sidebar always shows information for the currently selected file.
  2. When you switch to another file in the list, the right-side content updates automatically.
  3. If you need to confirm one file again, reselect that file and review the panel.
