Why can’t I see the file information Sidebar?
- Confirm that you are on the WPS Office home page.
- Select a specific file in the home page file list.
- Check whether the information panel appears on the right side.
- If it still does not appear, switch to another file and check again.
What information does Sidebar show?
- Select a file and look at the right-side panel.
- Check whether tags, sharing settings, and version history are shown.
- In the More Information area, review details such as owner, last modified time, creation time, size, and file type.
Why does the Sidebar content change after I select another file?
- Sidebar always shows information for the currently selected file.
- When you switch to another file in the list, the right-side content updates automatically.
- If you need to confirm one file again, reselect that file and review the panel.
