1. Open Sidebar

4. Check the information panel that appears on the right side of the file.

2. Check Tags and Sharing Settings

Entry: WPS Home Page → Select a file → Right-side Sidebar

1. Select the target file in the home page file list.
2. Check the Tags area in the right-side Sidebar.
3. Review the current sharing settings in the same panel.
4. Click Share if you want to start sharing the file.

3. View Version History

4. Review More File Details
