Can I change the order of buttons in the Navigation Bar?

  1. The current button order in the Navigation Bar is fixed.
  2. Reordering the buttons is not supported in the current feature scope.
  3. If you want faster recognition, keep labels visible or use hover labels to identify icons.

What is the difference between the Navigation Bar and a sidebar?

  1. The Navigation Bar is on the left side of the WPS Home screen and mainly provides quick app entry points.
  2. A sidebar is usually used for file lists, information display, or content inside a specific workspace.
  3. After you enter a document editing view, the Home-screen Navigation Bar is no longer the main navigation area for that editing page.

How can I tell what each icon means after I hide labels?

  1. Move the pointer over the icon you want to identify.
  2. Check the label that appears on hover.
  3. If you want labels to stay visible, return to the right-click menu in the Navigation Bar and turn off Hide Labels.
