FAQ

Can I drag tabs to reorder them?

  1. Yes. You can drag tabs directly to change their order.
  2. Release the tab at the target position to finish reordering.
  3. If needed, you can also combine this with separate window actions for one document.

What does pinning a tab do?

  1. After a tab is pinned, that tab no longer shows a close button.
  2. This helps reduce accidental closing of important documents.
  3. Right-click the tab and select Pin Tab to enable it.

What is the difference between a separate window and a workspace window?

  1. A separate window splits the current tab into its own window directly.
  2. A workspace window is more suitable for grouping a set of related documents by task.
  3. If you need side-by-side comparison, use a separate window first. If you need to organize task-based document groups, use a workspace window first.

How many tabs can I open at most?

  1. The current feature description does not provide a fixed maximum.
  2. The practical number depends on device performance and document complexity.
  3. If many documents are open at the same time, close some tabs or move them into different workspace windows.

Why can’t I see obvious tab management changes?

  1. First confirm that multiple documents are open at the same time.
  2. If only one document is open, switching and batch tab management will not be obvious.
  3. Open two or more documents, then check the tab bar at the top of the window again.
