1. Open the app review list

Entry: Management Console → App Marketplace → App Review

  1. Open the WPS365 client.
  2. Click Management Console at the lower-left corner of the client home page.
  3. In the left panel, click App Marketplace to expand the list.
  4. Click App Review in the drop-down list.
  5. Confirm that the page shows pending and processed request lists.

Success Criteria

Entry: App Review List → Request Details

  2. Click Request Details.
  3. Review the app information.
  4. Review the version notes.
  5. Confirm that the submitted content meets enterprise requirements.

3. Approve or reject a listing request

Entry: Request Details → Approve / Reject

  1. On the request details page, confirm that the app information and version notes are correct.
  2. Click Approve or Reject.
  3. If you choose Reject, enter a rejection reason.
  4. Submit the review result.
  5. If the request is approved, confirm that the app has been automatically listed and is available to members within the configured scope in the WPS collaboration workspace.
