1. Configure the In-House System Sync

Entry path: Admin Console → Directory → Directory Sync → Self-Built Account System

  1. Open WPS 365 and enter the Admin Console from the lower-left area of the home page.
  2. Click Directory in the left panel.
  3. Click Directory Sync in the drop-down list.
  4. Select Self-Built Account System mode.
  5. Enter the required information, including Group URL, Token field name, Root Department Id field name, root department name, User URL, Token field value, and Root Department Id field value.
  6. Click Test Connection and Save to verify API communication.
