1. Create a Category Group

Entry path: Admin Console → Contacts → User Group → Add Group

  1. Open the WPS365 client.
  2. On the client home page, click Admin Console in the lower-left corner.
  3. In the left panel, click Contacts.
  4. In the drop-down list, click User Group.
  5. Click Add Group.
  6. Enter the group name in the pop-up form.
  7. Click OK to finish.

  • Next action available: you can continue creating user groups under this category.

2. Create a User Group

Entry path: Admin Console → Contacts → User Group → Add User Group

  1. Open the WPS365 client.

  4. In the drop-down list, click User Group.
  5. Click Add User Group.
  6. Enter the user group name in the pop-up form.
  7. Enter a description if needed.
  8. Add departments or members if needed.
  9. Set available users if needed.
  10. Select a parent group if needed.

  12. After creation, continue adding members in the user group details page.
