How-to Guide
1. Create a Category Group
Entry path: Admin Console → Contacts → User Group → Add Group
- Open the WPS365 client.
- On the client home page, click Admin Console in the lower-left corner.
- In the left panel, click Contacts.
- In the drop-down list, click User Group.
- Click Add Group.
- Enter the group name in the pop-up form.
- Click OK to finish.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the new group name appears in the list.
- Next action available: you can continue creating user groups under this category.

2. Create a User Group
Entry path: Admin Console → Contacts → User Group → Add User Group
- Open the WPS365 client.
- On the client home page, click Admin Console in the lower-left corner.
- In the left panel, click Contacts.
- In the drop-down list, click User Group.
- Click Add User Group.
- Enter the user group name in the pop-up form.
- Enter a description if needed.
- Add departments or members if needed.
- Set available users if needed.
- Select a parent group if needed.
- Click OK to finish.
- After creation, continue adding members in the user group details page.
