1. Add a screen capture control policy

Feature entry: Admin Console → Enterprise Security Control → Screen Capture Control → Add Policy

1. Open the WPS365 client, then click the admin console entry in the lower-left corner of the home page.
2. In the left-side list, click Security Control to expand the menu.
3. Click Data Protection, then click Screen Capture Control.
4. Click Add Policy, then configure the policy name, member scope, policy conditions, and screenshot permission.
5. In policy conditions, set the product conditions, product type, and platform type as needed. Multiple conditions can take effect together.
6. In screenshot permission, choose whether screenshots are allowed or not allowed.
7. Click OK to save the policy.

• Interface result: The new policy appears in the Screen Capture Control list.

1. Open the Screen Capture Control page.
2. Filter the policies you want to manage by policy name, member scope, updater, or other available options.
3. Select the target policy.
4. Click the management option in the upper-right area.
5. Choose Delete, Enable, or Disable as needed.
