2. Configure a Disable File Download Policy

1. On the Disable File Download page, click Add Policy.
2. Enter a Policy Name.
3. Set the Document Scope to all documents or selected documents.
4. Set Restricted File Types to all types or selected file types.
5. Set Controlled Members to all members or selected members.
6. If needed, turn on Default No Sync so cloud sync is off by default.
7. Click Whitelist to add or remove users who are not affected by the rule.
8. Click Save to make the policy take effect.

4. Use Advanced Settings

1. On the Disable File Download page, click Advanced Settings.

3. Turn on the switches you need to apply the required advanced options.
4. Click Download File Management to open the management entry for download requests.
