1. Open Team Settings

Entry path: Team Documents → target team folder → Team Settings → Team Settings

  1. Open the WPS client.
  2. Click Team Documents in the left navigation pane on the home page.
  3. Right-click the target team folder name.
  4. Select Team SettingsTeam Settings from the shortcut menu.

Success Criteria

2. Rename a Team

Entry path: Team Settings → Team Name

  1. Open Team Settings first.
  2. Find Team Name in the settings area.
  3. Click the edit option.
  4. Enter the new team name.
  5. Click Save or OK to apply the change.

  • Interface result: The team name is updated to the new name.

3. Review Member Management and Permissions

  1. Open the Team Settings page.

  3. Browse the member list.
  4. Review each member's team document permissions.

4. Transfer or Dissolve a Team

Entry path: Team Settings → Transfer Team / Dissolve Team

  2. If you need to hand over management, click Transfer Team.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to transfer team ownership.
  4. If you need to close the team, click Dissolve Team.
  5. After confirmation, members will no longer be able to access the team, and related files will move to the management backend.
  6. Click Save or OK to complete the action.
