FAQ
What is the difference between table view and other views?
- Table view displays records in a row-and-column grid, which is suitable for reviewing and entering data in batches.
- Other views organize the same records differently. For example, a card-style layout is more suitable for reviewing one record at a time.
- If you need to scan multiple fields quickly, use table view.
Can I switch from table view to card mode?
- Open the target smart table.
- Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar and open Reading Mode.
- Select Card Mode to change how records are displayed.
Why can’t I find the option to create a table view?
- Make sure you have already entered the smart table data sheet.
- Check whether the View List entry is visible in the lower-left corner.
- If the option is still unavailable, confirm that your current permissions allow you to view or edit related views.
