Why can’t I see comments added by other people?

Confirm that you have access to the multidimensional table and the related record.
Make sure the comment was posted on the record you are currently viewing.
Check your network connection, then reopen the Comments tab in record activity.

Can I edit a comment after sending it?

Comments do not currently support direct editing after posting.
Find the original comment in the comment list.
Delete it and send a new comment with the updated content.
