1. Add Comments

Entry point: Right-click a cell → Insert Comment

  1. Open the target multidimensional table in table view and select the cell or record where you want to comment.
  2. Right-click the target area and select Insert Comment.
  3. Enter your comment in the comment box that opens on the right side.
  4. If you want to notify a specific member, type @, choose the member, and enable the notification option.
  5. Click Send to post the comment.
  6. After the comment is added, a comment count appears next to the record marker.

Success Criteria

  • The comment appears in the right-side panel and is posted successfully.
  • A comment count appears next to the record marker.
  • Mentioned members can receive the related notification.

Tips While Using

  • Comment visibility depends on access to the related record.
  • Check the content before posting to avoid duplicate messages.
  • Sending comments and notifications requires a working network connection.

2. Manage Comments

Entry point: Right-click a cell → View Record Activity

  1. In table view, right-click the cell or record whose comments you want to review.
  2. Select View Record Activity from the menu.
  3. In the right-side panel, switch to the Comments tab to review all comments for that record.
  4. To continue the discussion, enter a new comment in the input box and send it.
  5. To delete a comment, click the ... icon next to the target comment and remove it.
  6. When all comments are deleted, the comment count next to the record marker disappears.

Success Criteria

  • The right-side panel shows the existing comments for the record.
  • You can continue the discussion or delete existing comments.
  • After all comments are removed, the record no longer shows a comment count.

Tips While Using

  • Older comments are shown in time order and may require scrolling upward.
  • Comments cannot currently be edited after posting; delete and repost if changes are needed.
  • Confirm that a comment is no longer needed before deleting it.
