How-to Guide
1. Add Comments
Entry path: In table view, tap the record row marker → floating menu bar → Comments tab
- Open the table and enter table view.
- Find the record where you want to add a comment.
- Tap the row marker for that record to open the floating menu bar.
- Tap the Comments tab to open the comment area.
- Enter your comment in the input box.
- Tap Send to post the comment.
- Check whether a light green chat icon appears beside the row number.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The comment appears in the comment area for the current record.
- What you can do next: You can continue replying or reviewing other comments under the same record.
- No unwanted effect: Other records and their data remain unchanged.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you do not tap the row marker first, the Comments tab will not appear.
- Environment note: You need permission to access the related table record.
2. Manage Comments
Entry path: In table view, tap the record row marker → floating menu bar → Comments tab
- Open the table and enter table view.
- Find the record whose comments you want to manage.
- Tap the row marker to open the floating menu bar.
- Tap the Comments tab to enter the comment area.
- Check the total number of comments shown at the top.
- Scroll through the comment area to browse comments in reverse chronological order.
- Tap the ... icon beside the target comment.
- Choose Delete Comment to complete the action.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The comment area shows the total count and the existing comment list.
- What you can do next: You can continue browsing, deleting, or adding comments.
- No unwanted effect: After deletion, the remaining comments still display in normal order.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you delete the wrong comment, you need to post it again manually.
- Environment note: Older comments may require scrolling to find them.
