How-to Guide

1. Add Comments

Entry: In table view, tap the record row marker → floating menu bar → Comments tab

  1. Open the multi-dimensional table and enter table view.
  2. Find the record where you want to add a comment.
  3. Tap the row marker for that record to open the floating menu bar.
  4. Tap the Comments tab to open the comments area.
  5. Enter your comment in the input box.
  6. Tap Send to submit the comment.
  7. After submission, a light green comment icon appears to the right of the row number.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The comment appears in the comments area for the current record.
  • Next action available: You can continue viewing the record or send another comment.
  • No side effect: The original field content of the record is not changed.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you do not tap the record row marker first, you cannot open the Comments tab directly.
  • Environment note: Network access and record permission are required.

2. Manage Comments

Entry: In table view, tap the record row marker → floating menu bar → Comments tab

  1. Open the multi-dimensional table and enter table view.
  2. Find the record whose comments you want to manage.
  3. Tap the record row marker to open the floating menu bar.
  4. Tap the Comments tab to enter the comments area.
  5. Check the total comment count shown at the top.
  6. Browse comments in reverse chronological order and scroll to review older comments.
  7. Tap the ... icon next to the target comment.
  8. Select delete to remove the comment you no longer need.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The comments area shows the total count and the comment list.
  • Next action available: You can continue browsing comments or delete a selected one.
  • No side effect: Other comments remain visible after deletion.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you delete a comment by mistake, you need to enter it again, so confirm before deleting.
