1. Create a Table View
Entry path: Data sheet screen → View List → “+”
- Open the smart table data sheet.
- Tap View List in the lower-left corner.
- In the view list, switch to an existing table view or tap + to create a new view.
- Select Table View.
- Enter the table editing screen and add the data you need.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Records are displayed in a row-and-column grid.
- What you can do next: You can continue reviewing fields, entering records, or switching to another view.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you have not entered the data sheet screen first, the view list entry may not appear.

2. Change the Reading Mode
Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Reading Mode
- Tap Tools on the toolbar.
- In the pop-up panel, select Reading Mode.
- Choose the display mode you need:
- Table Mode: Shows records in a table layout.
- Card Mode: Shows each record as a card and supports separate card layout and field display settings.
