1. Create a Kanban View
Entry: Data table → "+" icon → "Kanban View"
- Open the target smart table.
- Click the "+" icon on the right side of the data table.
- Select "Kanban View".
- Click "Card Management" and set the card cover and cover effect as needed.

- Interface result: A new Kanban view appears in the current smart table, and records are displayed as card columns.

2. Set the Grouping Field for a Kanban View
Entry: Kanban View → "Group by"
- Open any Kanban view.
- Click "Group by" at the top.
- Select an existing field as the grouping field, or add a new field and use it for grouping.
- Check whether the cards are automatically rearranged into columns based on the selected field values.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Card columns in the Kanban view are regrouped according to the selected field.
- Next action available: You can switch to another field and compare different grouping results.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If some records have empty values in the selected field, those cards may appear in an ungrouped or default column.
