1. Create a form view

Entry: Table → “+” icon → Form View

  1. Open your spreadsheet table.
  2. Click the “+” icon on the right side of the table.
  3. Select Form View.
  4. Open the form editor. The questions are generated from the fields in the current table view.
  5. Preview the form and save it.
