1. Set view permissions

Entry path: Tools tab → View Permissions

  1. Open the multidimensional table, then tap View List in the lower-left corner and switch to the view you want to configure.
  2. Tap the Tools tab in the lower-right corner to open the tools menu.
  3. Tap View Permissions.
  4. Select Visible to everyone in this view or Visible only to me in this view.
  5. Tap any blank area to leave the panel and save the setting.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the current view shows the permission state you selected.
  • Next action available: you can keep browsing the current view or switch to another view and configure it separately.

Tips While Using

  • Each view in the same table can have its own visibility setting.
  • Confirm that you are editing the correct view before changing the permission.
  • In collaborative use, keep the network connection stable so the updated state can sync in time.
