How-to Guide
1. View version history
Entry: File Operations → History → Version History
- Open the multi-dimensional table.
- Click the File Operations tab at the top left.
- Click History and then Version History.
- Review the version list in the right-side panel.
- Check the version time, editor, and version notes for each record.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The version history panel appears on the right side.
- Next action available: You can select a version for preview, restore, or other management actions.
Tips While Using
- Environment note: An internet connection is needed when version records are stored in the cloud.
- Common mistake: If you do not open the History menu first, the Version History entry may not appear.
2. Use version actions
Entry: Version History panel → More
- Open the Version History panel.
- Click More next to the target version.
- Choose the action you need: Preview, Rename, Restore This Version, Save As, or Delete Version.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to finish the action.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected action is applied in the version panel or file state.
- Next action available: You can continue reviewing other versions or return to editing the current file.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Restore This Version changes the document back to the selected historical state.
- Environment note: Historical versions use cloud storage space, and larger files may use more space.
