Success Criteria

  • The version list appears on the right side.
  • Each record shows time, editor, and version notes.

Tips While Using

  • Historical versions use cloud storage space.
  • If the file is not synced in an environment that records versions, the full history may not be available.

2. Manage a historical version

Entry path: History Version panel → More

  1. In the version panel, locate the version you want to work with.
  2. Click More for that version.
  3. Choose the action you need: Preview, Rename, Restore this version, Save As, or Delete version.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts and confirm the current file state after the action is complete.

Success Criteria

  • The More menu opens for the selected version.
  • The selected action is completed, such as preview, restore, save as, or delete.

Tips While Using

  • Restoring a version replaces the current content, so confirm whether the current edits still need to be kept.
  • For important checkpoints, consider renaming or saving the version as a separate file first.
