Tips While Using
- Historical versions use cloud storage space.
- If the file is not synced in an environment that records versions, the full history may not be available.
2. Manage a historical version
Entry path: History Version panel → More
- In the version panel, locate the version you want to work with.
- Click More for that version.
- Choose the action you need: Preview, Rename, Restore this version, Save As, or Delete version.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and confirm the current file state after the action is complete.
Success Criteria
- The More menu opens for the selected version.
- The selected action is completed, such as preview, restore, save as, or delete.
Tips While Using
- Restoring a version replaces the current content, so confirm whether the current edits still need to be kept.
- For important checkpoints, consider renaming or saving the version as a separate file first.
