- Click Sort Condition.
- Select the field you want to sort by.
- Choose Ascending or Descending.

Success Criteria
- Interface result: The record order in the current view changes.
- Next action available: You can continue adding sort conditions or return to the table to review the result.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the field type is not appropriate, the sorting result may not match expectations.
- Environment note: In collaborative scenarios, whether view settings can be changed depends on current permissions.
2. Set Up Multi-Field Sorting
Entry path: Toolbar → Sort → Add sort conditions multiple times
- Click Sort and open Sort Condition.
- Set the first sort field and order.
- Click Sort Condition again to add a second sort field and order.
- Continue adding more fields as needed.

- Return to the table and check the combined sorting result.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Records are sorted by the first field, then refined by the following fields.
- Next action available: You can continue adjusting field order or change the sorting direction.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: In multi-field sorting, the order of fields affects the final result.
- Environment note: It is helpful to confirm that key fields use consistent data types before sorting.
3. Remove Sort Conditions
Entry path: Toolbar → Sort → Delete sort conditions
- Click Sort in the toolbar.
- Open the list of current sort conditions.
- Delete the sort conditions you no longer need.
- Return to the table and review the updated display order.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The deleted sort conditions no longer take effect.
- Next action available: You can add new sort rules again.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If only some conditions are removed, the remaining sort conditions still apply.
- Environment note: Sorting changes only the display order and does not modify record content.
