How-to Guide
1. Add a Field
Entry path: Toolbar → Field Management → Add Field
- Click Field Management on the toolbar.
- In the panel that opens, click Add Field.
- Select the field type you need.
- Enter the field name.
- Click Confirm to create the field.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The new field appears in the field management panel.
- What you can do next: You can start entering data into the new field or continue adjusting field settings.

- Use a clear field name so collaborators can understand it easily.

2. Edit an Existing Field
Entry path: Toolbar → Field Management → More options next to a field → Edit
- Click Field Management on the toolbar.
- Find the field that you want to edit.
- Click the ... icon next to that field.
- Click Edit.
- Adjust the field content or settings, then click Confirm.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The field name or settings are updated.
- What you can do next: Future viewing and data entry follow the updated field settings.

- Check whether existing data may be affected before changing field settings.

3. Delete an Existing Field
Entry path: Toolbar → Field Management → More options next to a field → Delete
- Click Field Management on the toolbar.
- Find the field that you want to delete.
- Click the ... icon next to that field.
- Click Delete to complete the action.

- Interface result: The target field is removed from the field management panel.

4. Reorder Fields
Entry path: Toolbar → Field Management → Drag handle before a field
- Open the Field Management panel.
- Press and hold the drag handle before the field.
- Drag the field to the target position.
- Release the mouse to finish reordering.

- Interface result: The field order updates to the new arrangement.

Tips While Using
- Place frequently used fields earlier to reduce horizontal searching.
- Reordering changes display position, not the meaning of the field itself.
5. Hide or Show a Field
Entry path: Toolbar → Field Management → Eye icon next to a field
- Click Field Management on the toolbar.
- Find the target field in the panel.
- Click the eye icon next to the field.
- Click once to hide the field, and click again to show it.

- Interface result: The field is hidden from or shown in the current view.

Tips While Using
- Hiding a field is usually a view adjustment and is different from deleting it.
