1. Create a field

Entry point: Toolbar → Field Management → Add Field

  1. Click Field Management in the toolbar.
  2. In the panel that opens, click Add Field.
  3. Select the field type you need.
  4. Enter the field name.
  5. Click Confirm to finish creating the field.

2. Edit an existing field

Entry point: Toolbar → Field Management → Field-side More icon → Edit

  1. Click Field Management in the toolbar.
  2. Find the field you want to edit in the panel.
  3. Click the More icon next to that field.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Adjust the field settings and click Confirm to save the changes.

3. Delete an existing field

Entry point: Toolbar → Field Management → Field-side More icon → Delete

  3. Click the More icon next to that field.
  4. Click Delete.

  • UI state: The deleted field no longer appears in the field list or the table.

4. Reorder fields

Entry point: Toolbar → Field Management → Drag handle before the field

  1. Open the Field Management panel.

  3. Drag the field to the target position.
  4. Release the mouse to complete the reorder.

  • UI state: The field order updates based on the drag result.
