1. Open the Find box

  1. Review the result list after entering the keyword.
  2. Check where the matched keyword is highlighted in the records.
  3. Review the matching record count in the status area.
  4. Confirm whether the target record has been found.

4. Clear the search and restore the full view

Entry point: Find box

  1. Return to the Find box.
  2. Delete the keyword or use the clear action.
  3. Wait for the results area to refresh.
  4. Confirm that the current view returns to the full record list.
  • Interface result: search results disappear and the full record list is shown again.
  • What you can do next: you can search with another keyword or continue filtering and editing.
  • Common mistake: if part of the keyword remains, the full view will not be restored.
