FAQ

Are records deleted if some of them disappear after filtering?

  1. First, check whether the current view has active filter conditions.
  2. Open the Filter panel and review the active filter name or conditions.
  3. Remove the related condition or clear all conditions, then check the records again.
  4. If the records appear again, they were hidden rather than deleted.

How do I keep the filter conditions I already set?

  1. Finish setting the filter conditions in the current view.
  2. Keep the view as it is and exit the current operation.
  3. The next time you return to the same view, the saved view configuration will be applied automatically.
  4. If you need different ways to review the same data, maintain separate views for different scenarios.

How can I clear all filter conditions quickly?

  1. Click Filter on the toolbar.
  2. Review the conditions that are currently listed in the filter panel.
  3. Click the delete button next to each condition and remove them one by one.
  4. After all conditions are removed, the table shows all records again.
