1. Add a Filter Condition

Entry path: Toolbar → Filter → Filter Condition

  1. Open the target data table and click Filter on the toolbar.
  2. Click Filter Condition and choose the field you want to filter.
  3. Set the condition, such as contains, equals, greater than, or less than.
  4. Enter or select the filter value, and the records will update in real time.
  5. If you want to stop other collaborators from changing the current view settings, click Lock Now.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: Only records that match the current condition remain visible.
  • What you can do next: You can continue editing the condition, add another one, or clear the current filter.
  • No side effect: Records that do not match are hidden only and are not deleted.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Choosing the wrong field can produce unexpected results, so check the field name first.
  • Collaboration tip: After you click Lock Now, other collaborators cannot freely change the current view settings.

2. Set Multiple Filter Conditions

Entry path: Toolbar → Filter → Add filter conditions again

  1. Add the first filter condition and finish its setup.
  2. Click Filter Condition again to add a second or additional condition.
  3. In the upper-right area of the filter panel, choose the logic rule: Match all conditions or Match any condition.
  4. Review the filtered results and confirm that the records are displayed according to the combined rules.
  5. If needed, keep adding or removing conditions until the current view matches your needs.
