Can I add more than one grouping condition?

  1. Open the data table and go to Tools → Group.
  2. Add the first grouping condition.
  3. Tap Add grouping condition again and choose another field.
  4. Repeat as needed to build layered grouping.

Does removing grouping change my data?

  1. Grouping changes only the way records are displayed.
  2. Removing a grouping condition does not delete record content.
  3. The original fields and values stay the same.

Is the grouped view visible to collaborators?

  1. In a collaborative table, the grouped display can be visible to other collaborators.
  2. If your team needs a consistent view, confirm the current view settings first.
  3. After switching views, set grouping again if needed.
