1. Add a view to Quick Access

Entry

Multi-dimensional table left sidebar → More Options next to a data table view → Add this view to my Quick Access

  1. Open a multi-dimensional table that contains multiple data tables and views.
  2. In the data table area of the left sidebar, find the view that you want to add to Quick Access.
  3. Click the More Options button next to the view name.
  4. At the bottom of the menu, select Add this view to my Quick Access.
  5. After the action is complete, check the Quick Access area at the top of the left sidebar.

Success Criteria

  • A shortcut to the target view appears at the top of the left sidebar.
  • You can click the shortcut to open the corresponding view directly.
  • The original view still remains in its original location.

Tips While Using

  • Open the target multi-dimensional table first and make sure the relevant view is visible in the left sidebar.
  • Quick Access creates a shortcut entry and does not create a duplicate view.
  • If the original view name changes, the shortcut shows the updated name as well.

2. Remove Quick Access

Entry

Multi-dimensional table left sidebar → Quick Access area → More Options next to a view → Remove Quick Access

  1. In the Quick Access area at the top of the left sidebar, find the view that you want to remove.
  2. Click the More Options button next to that view.
  3. Select Remove Quick Access.
  4. Return to the Quick Access area and confirm that the shortcut has been removed.
  5. If you still need the view, open it from its original location in the data table area.

Success Criteria

  • The target view no longer appears in the Quick Access area.
  • The original view still exists in the data table.
  • The data, filters, and settings in the view stay unchanged.

Tips While Using

  • Removing Quick Access only removes the shortcut and does not delete the view.
  • If you want to pin the view again later, repeat the add-to-Quick-Access steps.
  • This setting follows personal usage preferences and does not change other collaborators' sidebar layout.
