1. Create a Contacts Field

Entry: Tap the column header → Edit → Field Type → Contacts

  1. Tap the target column header.
  2. In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
  3. In the field editing window, tap Field Type.
  4. Select Contacts.
  5. Enter the field name.
  6. Tap Confirm in the upper-right corner to finish.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A new Contacts field column appears in the table.
  • Next action available: You can open a record and add contacts to this field.

2. Add Contacts

Entry: Tap the target cell → Contacts field

  1. Tap the target cell to open record details.
  2. Tap the Contacts field.
  3. Select contacts on the WPS address book page.
  4. Tap Confirm in the lower-right corner to finish.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected contacts appear in the current record's Contacts field.
  • Next action available: You can continue editing other fields or save the record.

3. Configure Field Rules

Entry: Tap the column header → Edit → Contacts field settings

  4. Turn on Allow sending notifications to newly inserted contacts if needed.
  5. Tap Confirm in the upper-right corner to save the settings.
