1. Add a table component to a dashboard

Entry path: Dashboard page → "+ Add Component" → View → "Table"

  1. Open the dashboard page.
  2. Click the "+ Add Component" button in the upper-left area.
  3. In the component panel, find the "Table" icon under the "View" category.
  4. Click "Table" to create a default table component automatically.
  5. Select the new component to enter edit mode and continue configuring data as needed.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A new default table component appears in the dashboard.
  • Next action available: You can enter the component editing state and continue configuration.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you are not on the correct dashboard page, the "+ Add Component" entry may not appear.

2. Edit or delete a table

Entry path: Select an existing table → top-right "..." icon

  1. Select the table component that has already been added to the dashboard.
  2. Click the top-right "..." icon on the component to open the menu.
  3. Choose the action you need:
    1. Select "Configure" to update table data or style settings.
    2. Select "Duplicate" to copy the current table.
    3. Select "Delete" to remove the current table.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The menu opens and shows options such as Configure, Duplicate, and Delete.
  • Next action available: You can enter configuration, create a copy, or complete deletion.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the target table is not selected first, the component action menu may not open.

3. Configure table settings

Entry path: Table configuration panel

  1. Open the configuration panel for the table component.
  2. In Data Source, choose the table you want to use.
  3. In Record Filter, set the conditions for the records to display.
  4. In Field Settings, choose which fields should appear in the table.
  5. In Sort, set the data order.
  6. In Group, set the grouping method.
  7. In Row Height, switch the row height display style.
  8. Review the effect in the preview pane on the left.
  9. Click "OK" to apply the settings.

  • Interface result: The preview pane shows the updated table effect.
  • Next action available: After you click "OK," the table displays data with the current settings.
