1. Create a Column Chart

Entry: Dashboard interface → "+ Add Component" → Chart → "Column Chart"

  1. Open the dashboard interface.
  2. Click "+ Add Component" in the upper-left area.
  3. In the component panel, find "Column Chart" under the "Chart" category.
  4. Click the icon to generate a default column chart component.
  5. Select the new chart to enter edit mode and continue with data setup.

2. Edit or Export a Chart

Entry: Select an existing chart → click the "..." icon in the upper-right area

  4. Set the "Data Range" as needed and adjust conditions through "Data Filter".
  5. Choose the field for "Dimension (Horizontal Axis)" and set the chart "Type" to regular or stacked.
  6. In "Statistic Value (Vertical Axis)", choose "Count Records" or "Count a Specific Field".
  7. Set "Group (Legend)", "Sort By", "Sort Order", "Display Empty Cells As", and "Fields Shown in Detail Data" as needed.
  8. Review the preview on the left and click "OK" to apply the settings.

  5. Expand "Chart Elements" to adjust text style, legend, and data labels.
