1. Choose the Trigger Condition
Entry path: Upper-right area of the table → Automation → Create Blank Workflow → Select trigger type → Scheduled Trigger
- Open the target multi-dimensional table.
- Click the Automation button in the upper-right area.
- Select Create Blank Workflow.
- In step 1 of the automation editor, find the Select a Trigger Condition panel and click Scheduled Trigger.
- Confirm that the Trigger Settings area appears on the right side.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The Scheduled Trigger option is selected.
- Next action available: You can continue setting the trigger mode, trigger time, and effective period in the right panel.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Entering the workflow editor without selecting a trigger type first, which leaves the related settings unavailable.
- Environment note: You need to open the automation editor inside a multi-dimensional table first.
2. Configure the Trigger
Entry path: Trigger Settings panel → Scheduled trigger mode
- In the Trigger Settings panel, click the dropdown under Scheduled trigger mode.
- Select a recurrence such as daily, weekly, or monthly.
- In the Trigger time area, set a specific time such as 09:00.
- If needed, add multiple trigger times in the same area.
- In the Scheduled effective period area, choose Default effective period or Custom effective period.
- If you choose Custom effective period, continue by setting the start time and end time.
- Click Save and Enable to finish the setup.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The workflow is saved and the scheduled trigger rule is shown as configured.
- Next action available: The workflow can run automatically at the scheduled times.

- Common mistake: Setting only the recurrence but not the specific trigger time before saving.
