1. Choose the Trigger Condition

Entry path: Upper-right area of the table → Automation → Create Blank Workflow → Select trigger type → Scheduled Trigger

  1. Open the target multi-dimensional table.
  2. Click the Automation button in the upper-right area.
  3. Select Create Blank Workflow.
  4. In step 1 of the automation editor, find the Select a Trigger Condition panel and click Scheduled Trigger.
  5. Confirm that the Trigger Settings area appears on the right side.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The Scheduled Trigger option is selected.
  • Next action available: You can continue setting the trigger mode, trigger time, and effective period in the right panel.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Entering the workflow editor without selecting a trigger type first, which leaves the related settings unavailable.
  • Environment note: You need to open the automation editor inside a multi-dimensional table first.

2. Configure the Trigger

Entry path: Trigger Settings panel → Scheduled trigger mode

  1. In the Trigger Settings panel, click the dropdown under Scheduled trigger mode.
  2. Select a recurrence such as daily, weekly, or monthly.
  3. In the Trigger time area, set a specific time such as 09:00.
  4. If needed, add multiple trigger times in the same area.
  5. In the Scheduled effective period area, choose Default effective period or Custom effective period.
  6. If you choose Custom effective period, continue by setting the start time and end time.
  7. Click Save and Enable to finish the setup.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The workflow is saved and the scheduled trigger rule is shown as configured.
  • Next action available: The workflow can run automatically at the scheduled times.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Setting only the recurrence but not the specific trigger time before saving.
  • Environment note: Before enabling the workflow, check that both the time settings and the effective period are correct.
