FAQ

Does Scheduled Trigger support custom recurrence?

  1. Open the Trigger Settings panel in the automation workflow.
  2. Click the dropdown for Scheduled trigger mode.
  3. Review the available recurrence options and select the one you need, such as daily, weekly, or monthly.

Answer: Yes. You can set different recurrence options, including daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.

What is the difference between the default effective period and a custom effective period?

  1. In the Scheduled effective period area, check the current option.
  2. Select Default effective period if you want the workflow to follow the default active period.
  3. Select Custom effective period if you want to set the start time and end time manually.

  1. Go to the Trigger time area.
  2. Add one time point, then continue adding other time points as needed.
