How-to Guide
1. View version history
Feature entry: Click the top-right menu icon → Version History
- Open your Smart Spreadsheet file.
- Click the top-right menu icon.
- Click Version History in the list.
- Review the saved versions for the current file.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The version list opens.
- You can continue with: naming, previewing, restoring, or deleting a selected version.
Tips While Using
- Environment: The file must already be uploaded to cloud storage as a cloud document.

2. Name a version
Feature entry: Click the top-right menu icon → Version History → More options → Name
- Click the top-right menu icon.
- Click Version History.
- Find the version you want to label.
- Click the ... icon for that version.
- Click Name.
- Enter the name and click OK.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected version shows the new name.
- You can continue with: identifying important versions more quickly later.

3. Preview a version
Feature entry: Click the top-right menu icon → Version History → More options → Preview
- Click the top-right menu icon.
- Click Version History.
- Find the version you want to preview.
- Click the ... icon for that version.
- Click Preview to open that version.

- Interface result: The selected historical version opens for review.
- You can continue with: deciding whether to restore that version.

4. Restore a version
Feature entry: Click the top-right menu icon → Version History → More options → Restore this version
- Click the top-right menu icon.
- Click Version History.
- Find the version you want to restore.
- Click the ... icon for that version.
- Click Restore this version.

- Interface result: The file returns to the selected earlier state.
- You can continue with: editing the restored content.

5. Delete a version
Feature entry: Click the top-right menu icon → Version History → More options → Delete version
- Click the top-right menu icon.
- Click Version History.
- Find the version you want to remove.
- Click the ... icon for that version.
- Click Delete version.

- Interface result: The selected version no longer appears in the list.
- You can continue with: organizing the remaining version records.
