1. Open print settings

Entry path: File Operations > Print or Ctrl+P

  1. Open the workbook you want to print in WPS Spreadsheet.
  2. Press Ctrl+P, or click File Operations > Print.
  3. Check the current worksheet in the print preview window.
  4. Continue adjusting settings in the panel on the right.

2. Print from the Home tab

Entry path: Home tab > Print

  1. Open the spreadsheet document.
  2. Click the Home tab.
  3. Select the Print button.
  4. Confirm the document in print preview, then click Print to output it.

3. Set print parameters

Entry path: Print preview window > right-side print settings panel

  1. In Printer, choose a local printer or select WPS PDF for PDF output.
  2. In Paper information, set the paper size and orientation.
  3. In Print range, choose the current worksheet or enter a page range.
  4. In Print color, choose black and white or color output.
  5. Set Pages per sheet and Scaling as needed.
  6. Confirm the preview result and start printing.

4. Adjust margins

Entry path: Print preview window > Margins / Adjust Margins

  1. In the print preview window, click Margins.
  2. Choose a preset margin option such as normal, narrow, or moderate.
  3. If you need a custom layout, click Adjust Margins.
  4. Drag the page boundary lines and watch the preview update.
  5. Confirm the layout and continue printing.
