Why can’t I find the Persistent Input Box option?

  1. Make sure you are working in a Smart Spreadsheet.
  2. Confirm that you have entered editing mode.
  3. Tap the bottom View tab and check whether the switch is available there.
  4. You can also check More → Spreadsheet Settings.

How do I open the input box again after turning off the persistent display?

  1. When the setting is off, the input box is hidden.
  2. Double-click the cell you want to edit.
  3. The input box appears again so you can continue editing.
