1. Turn Persistent Input Box on or off
Entry: Bottom View tab → Persistent Input Box
- Open a smart spreadsheet in WPS for Android and enter editing mode.
- Tap the bottom View tab.
- Find the Persistent Input Box toggle.
- Turn it on or off as needed.
- If the input box is off, double-tap a cell to bring the input box back.
- If you want to change it from another entry, open More at the top and go to Spreadsheet Settings.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: when enabled, the input box stays visible; when disabled, the input box is hidden.
- What you can do next: continue editing the current cell or other cells directly.
- No side effect: existing spreadsheet data is not changed by the setting itself.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if the file is not in editing mode, the setting entry may not appear.
