Why can’t I find the Hotkey entry?

1. Make sure you are in the WPS Spreadsheet interface instead of another WPS component.
2. Check the top ribbon and switch to the Efficiency tab.
3. If the window is too small, enlarge it and look again for the Hotkey button.

Why is a specific shortcut missing from the panel?

1. Type the feature name again in the search box at the top of the panel.
2. If it still does not appear, that action may not have a preset shortcut or may not be listed in the current panel.
3. Use the regular menu path for that action if needed.

What should I do if another app is using the same shortcut?

1. Confirm the shortcut in the hotkey panel first.
2. Check whether your input method, screenshot tool, translation tool, or another app is using the same key combination.
