1. Use Find and Replace

Entry: Editing mode → Find and Replace

  1. Open the spreadsheet and enter editing mode.
  2. Tap Find and Replace at the bottom to open the search and replacement area at the top.
  3. Enter a keyword in Find to search for matching data.
  4. If you want to replace content, enter the new text in the replacement box.
  5. Choose Replace or Replace All to complete the change.

2. Find in Reading Mode

Entry: Reading mode → Find at the lower right

  1. Open the spreadsheet and enter reading mode.
  2. Tap Find at the lower right of the screen.
  3. Enter the keyword you want to locate.
  4. Review the results and move to the target location.

  • Interface result: The page shows the find entry and matching results.
  • Next action available: You can continue browsing results or move to another match.

3. Adjust Find and Replace Settings

Entry: Find and Replace page → Settings

  1. On the Find and Replace page, tap Settings on the right.
  2. Set the scope to the current worksheet or all worksheets in the document as needed.
  3. Choose to search by row or by column.
  4. Turn formula inclusion, case sensitivity, full-width and half-width matching, and cell matching on or off as needed.
  5. Return to the Find and Replace page and run the search or replacement again.
