Can I undo a replacement after it is applied?

  1. If you have just completed the replacement, use Undo right away to revert the action.
  2. Before using Replace All, review the current matches first.
  3. If you want to reduce the risk of unwanted edits, replace items one by one before doing a bulk replacement.

Will the original formatting change after replacement?

  1. This feature mainly changes text content.
  2. In normal text replacement cases, the original formatting usually stays the same.
  3. If the sheet contains formulas or special content, test the result in a small range first.

Why can’t I find the content I need?

  1. Check whether the keyword is entered correctly.
  2. Open Settings and confirm whether the scope is the current worksheet or all worksheets.
