  2. Select Save from the menu.
  3. Choose Save or Create Copy.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you are not sure whether to use Save or Create Copy, confirm whether you need a separate working file first.
  • Environment note: Saving to a local folder requires write permission for that location.

2. Export to other formats

Entry point: File (☰) icon → Export / Export to multidimensional table

  1. Click the File (☰) icon in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select Export from the menu.
  3. Choose the format you need, such as PDF, CSV, Excel, or image.
  4. If you need a structured table conversion, choose Export to multidimensional table.
  5. Follow the prompts to finish the export and save the file.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The exported file is generated in the selected format.
  • What you can do next: You can open, share, or upload the exported file.
  • No side effect: The original smart spreadsheet remains unchanged after export.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: CSV export does not keep formulas and only keeps displayed values.
  • Environment note: A stable network connection is recommended for collaborative spreadsheet export.
  • File behavior: PDF export keeps calculation results, not the formulas themselves.
