Why can’t I save the Smart Spreadsheet directly to local phone storage?

  1. Smart Spreadsheet is saved in a cloud-based environment by default.
  2. If you need a local file, use Export xlsx instead.
  3. After export, check local storage or the selected sharing destination for the file.

What is the difference between Create Copy and Save As?

  1. Save As is suitable when you want to save the current file to another cloud location.
  2. Create Copy is suitable when you want a new file with the same content right away.
  3. If you want to keep the original file and continue editing separately, use Create Copy first.

Where can I find the exported .xlsx file?

  1. After export, first check the save or share result shown on the screen.
