When using Save As, the most common questions fall into 3 areas: finding the entry, confirming the save result, and choosing the path; this FAQ covers 3 common questions.
FAQ
Why can’t I find the Save As option?
- Make sure you have opened the multidimensional table that you want to process.
- Check the top menu bar toolbar and tap More.
- Look for Save As in the expanded menu. If it is not shown, update WPS Office to the latest version and try again.
Will Save As overwrite my original table?
- No. Save As creates a new copy in the target location.
- The original table stays in its original location, which is useful when you want to keep the original version before making changes.
- After saving, you can open both the original and the copied table to compare them.
What should I do if saving to a cloud location fails?
- Check whether your device network connection is working normally.
- Make sure you are signed in and that the target cloud path is available.
- Run More → Save As again, choose the destination path, and tap OK.
