1. Open Track Changes and filter records
Entry: Smart Spreadsheet top menu bar More → Track Changes
- Open a Smart Spreadsheet and select the cell or range whose edit records you want to review.
- Tap the More icon on the top menu bar to open the drop-down list.
- Tap Track Changes in the list.
- Review the recent edit records and filter cards shown by the system.
- Switch the time range as needed, including today, within 3 days, or within 7 days.
- Switch the worksheet scope as needed between all worksheets and the current worksheet.
- Switch the operation scope as needed between all operations, deletion operations, and fill or edit operations.
- Tap View Details to review the cell action, the editor, and copy the changed content.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The edit record list and filter options for the selected cell or range are displayed.
- Next action available: You can continue switching filters and open details for a specific record.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you do not select a cell or range first, the results may not match what you expect.
- Environment note: Collaboration records depend on existing edit history in the file, and a normal network connection is recommended.
